Klasyczny, bohemski, jasny lager uwarzony na bazie czeskiego słodu klepiskowego. Chmielony na kilku etapach ziemisto-kwiatową odmianą Žatecký poloraný červeňák. Fermentowany i leżakowany w niskich temperaturach dla nadania rześkiego charakteru. Kooperacja z czeskim browarem Mazak.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Nose is vibrant, with heaps of Saaz hoppy goodness, straw, and crackery malt. Flavour is similarly vibrant, with tons of spicy Saaz, crisp crackery malt, and a little straw. Super bright and authentically crafted. Awesome Czech pils.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear light gold with a white head. Tons of crisp, spicy dry grass on the nose. Flavour has tons of crisp, spicy grass and a full cracker malt base; fantastic, vibrant Saaz hop expression. High carbonation. This is excellent.

Keg at Hoppiness, Warsaw. Clear golden, mid sized head. Distinct aroma of hay and Earl Grey tea. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready malt, lots of hay, tea and bitter orange. Long bitter finish. Lovely hoppy Czech style lager.

Unclear golden with a foamy head. Saaz hops, crafty magnum hops, grass, sourdough, lemon zest, resin, some stone fruit, slightly metallic. Crisp hoppy zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, creamy oily texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy zesty bitter finish. A nice, crisp and bitter Czech Pilsner, really like the Saaz flavor here, yet it’s a bit crafty due to the magnum hops used. Too bad no buttery notes can be found here..
