Dark golden pour and an ok head Fine intensity in the aroma. Ok pleasant sweetness and a mellow carbonation level. Dried fruits, toffee, prunes and some oak in the flavor. [Bottle at Komlefjorden 23]

From backlog. Bottle, from Vinmonopolet Lillehammer, St a Christmas party. Dark brown with some head. Malts, hops, yeast, Caramel, fig, barrel, rhum, sweetness. A bit thin.

Bottle. An almost clear one, dark brown, with a small, dense beige head. The aroma feels gentle at first, but soon turns towards cellar, dark dried fruit, raisin and figs, with bread crust, toffee and some bread crust. Brown sugar too. It’s full-bodied, warming and sweet on the palate, with a gentle bitterness and carbonation. Roasted malts, some coffee and dark chocolate runs the flavor. Brown sugar, dark dried fruits, alcohol and a piney touch too. Long finish, malt driven, with a touch of piney hops in the back. Starts off quite dull, but after a few sniffs it turns out to be a fine brew indeed. 231124
