Bottled at Kerstbierfestival 2007. A hazy amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and fruit as well as lighter notes of spices. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of spices and fruit, leading to a dry spicy finish. The body is thin, and the beer is a bit boring.

75 cL bottle, Kerstbierfestival 2007 in Essen/Belgium. Pours hazy copper orange/brown with a lacing off-white head. Raisin fruity aroma, sweet and somewhat malty. Flavour is dry malty with a slight spice note and some fruity tones without being sweet. Ends with a slight bitter-spiced note, mild caramel and slight hoppy soapy finish . Nice and not overly done X-mas brew, but clearly lacks some body to be great.

Bottle. Orange, slightly hazy body. Tea, some fruit, sweetness and malt in the aroma. The flavor is quite heavy, with sweetness, tea and some fruityness. Full body, sligtly sticky in the mouth. Nice, but a bit on the tea-side. (070914)

Bottled. Hazy amber, brief head. Aroma of ripe fruits. Sweet with clean, hard mouthfeel. Very drinkable for it’s size - I can’t believe it’s this strong. Leaning towards being light bodied. Also rather light in flavours - there are some dusty ripe apples but no bitterness.

Thick, very dark hazy amber color. Thick white head, sweet malty nose with cherries, strawberries, yeast, oranges, chocolate, brandy, and a touch of bubblegum. Mildly sweet mouth, yeast, strawberries, chocolate and slight hints of alcohol. The finish is disappointing weak, malty and a bit of yeast, but no real depth.
