Thanks for purchasing another offering in our Big Mo’ Series. Our Rye Bock is a pleasant departure from traditional bocks and rye beers. The use of malted rye in beer finds its origins in Bavaria. Our Rye Bock gets a wonderful tangy spiciness from the rye, accompanied by dried cherry aromas in the nose. It is a beer of great flavor with a long, savory finish.…

(Bottle) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of dark bread, caramel, dried fruit, raisins, a touch of coffee and slightly roasted malt. Malty taste with dark rye bread, coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, dried fruit, raisins and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and really well balanced. Has aged really well. Very nice.
