500ml bottle from Cask and Glass, Tonbridge. Dark ruby with dark beige head. Good dark fruit, damsons, plums, dark toffee, touch of herby hop. More toffee in mouth. Sweetish beer with some boiled sweet. Good dark beer, wih some bitter choc/coffee. However, would be excellent in live in cask

A deep red beer with a nice brown head. The aroma is sweet spicy and fruity, with some notes of nuts and wood - but a little light for my liking. The flavor is very sweet with notes of toffee, fruit, and nuts, and then turning to hard roasted malt, giving it a dry bitter end. The mouthfeel is very smooth.

Bottle. Dark brown beer with a steady off white head. The flavour is milk chocolatey initially with a long and deeply dry finish. The aroma is very dry and rich. Overall a very nice beer.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear chestnut brown with a warm, reddish glow. Sweetish, malty aroma. Soft body, very distinct roasted malt flavours, vinous almost port-like. Lovely round and pleasant with a light, dry finish. An excellent choice for people who doesnโt like their Christmas beer too heavy. 111105

Dark color. Malty and a bit fruity aroma. Malt, with caramel, strange fruitness. Too simple.
