Bottiglia. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta, è persistente e voluminosa. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di perlage dalle bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è nella media, ma vivace. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è strutturato e robusto. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si depositano sentori di miele, luppolo, frutta secca e agrumi.

A lovely Italian tripel, sweet but classic, light hops, low bitterness. Rich and malty, long finish. Lovely.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, color giallo oro velato, al naso lieviti agrumi spezie frutta matura a pasta gialla note floreali esteri, in bocca marmellata di pesche miele note erbacee, corpo medio, l’alcool si sente ma è ben bilanciato ed è molto pericoloso..., carbonazione decisa, bella secchezza molto pulita, dolce con amaro accentuato molto lungo nel finale. Finalmente una Tripel italiana ben fatta dopo aver bevuto tanti aborti. Bravi. c. Fatti una birra 26.03.22

Tap at beerlovers bar. Pours clear blonde, straw yellow. Good dense white stable head with a relatively creamy texture. Smell is very banana ( isoamylacetate) on the virge of too much ( going towards medicinal) but still in the OK zone. Taste is full, sweet ( perhaps a tad too sweet), banana, malty. Light bitterness ( could work better with a bit more bitterness) overal pretty decent, and I can see this being popular

I Draught /I Medium white head, fast gone over cold-hazed metallic golden beer. Sweet, almondy nose, even marzipan. Some white candi sugar, probably. Bitter streak overlying again quite sweet pale malts. Again (more than) a whiff of almond flavour, getting stronger warming up. Yeast byproducts/features. Seems not very attenuated for a tripel Bit sticky into the aftertaste. Too sweet, IMHO.

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome. Cloudy yellow pour, a bit pale. Foam is white and persistent. Nose: fruity, ripped fruit, floral. Mouth: a bit esile but really nice, warming overall, clean in a way, the end is far too clean it lack dryness. Well done all in all. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold with fine white foam. Aroma is dedicate of citrus, lemon peel, coriander. Body is dense and actively carbonated. Taste is quote alcoholic, with good sweetness in the entrance and quite some bitterness later on. Finish is long but a little too bitter, in my view.
