Draft. An unclear amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, citrus fruits, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, spices, caramel, and alcohol, leading to a bitter finish.

Burk Dipa provning krokius. Doftar skumbanan och tropikerna. I munnen först tung smak av blött gräs . Sen efter en sekund kommer jävla trisst träig smak?? Vad hände. Skit avslutning på ölen.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 10/11/2018. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy golden amber/light orange color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is an excellent DIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish, not aggressive. Feels like Columbus, Simcoe, Galaxy. Very dank, earthy, and fairly juicy hop complexity; nice balancing bready malt backbone; mild residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and great style example as expected. They nailed what they were going for on the name.

Pour is a hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma is a big orange with some other citrus florals. Flavor is also a big orange with some pineapple with also some honey malt. No bitterness or sweetness at all just nicely hopped. This was a nice fruity IPA.
