Can from the Cash Saver in Meridian MS, enjoyed at the hotel. Pours a hazy medium purple color without much of a head. Lemony tart with hints of bread and fruit. not bad.

Can. Hazy purple grape beer, tidy pale mauve/pink head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft red grape, very slightly candyish, and the mellow grape fruits sing in harmony with the even softer blackcurrant. Finishes smooth and semi dry. There is barely any Berliner tartness here, but that is fine. There is just a hard-to-define rightness about this fruity affair. Pretty darn drinkable.

Skinny can. Aroma is Black, currant and red grapes. Flavor starts gravy and then turns to a mildly tart current. The mixture works pretty well together. Nice lasting tart finish. Slightly above average.

Ran from RadimD, many thanks. Hazy ruby color with minimal light pinkish head. Clear aroma of black currant, red wine. Taste is fruity with black currant, red wine, plums, sweetness, with touch of sourness in finish. more sourness would increase drinkability.

On tap at Belmont Station Bier Cafe, pours a cloudy dark reddish pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out tart black currant, a little grape must, and lacto. Flavour is on the sweet side for a Berliner, with sweet black currant juice, light grape must, and a little lacto. Lots of sweet currant juice on the finish. Doesn't really strike me as a Berliner, just a nice sweet fruit beer. Good stuff.

10/12/2021. Sample courtesy of the SHIG's. Pours hazy pale reddish brown with a small short lasting off-white head. Aroma of pinot noir grape, blackcurrant, wood. Moderate sweetness, medium blackcurrant tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Nice tart blackcurrant finish. Very nice.
