A középkori élet egyik legmeghatározóbb apácája nemcsak Isten-látomásairól és az orvoslás kutatásairól ismert, de ő maga alkotta meg a világ első sörfőzési szakirodalmát, a Physica Sarcát. Bingeni Szent Hildegardban az alázatosság nemcsak Isten, de a sör iránt is megvolt. Ez a maga nemében páratlan búza baksör hasonló elvek mentén született meg: tisztelgés a német sörök egyik ikonikus sörstílusa előtt, de törekvés is a tökéletességre. Egy borostyánszínű sör aszalt gyümölcsösös ízekkel és krémesen lágy kortyérzettel.

0,33 bottle. Díszdobozos szépség ez a sör. Borostyán szín, szűretlen hatás, gyorsan apadó, kiatöltéskor a sárgás-vörös-narancs árnyalataiban játszó hab. Illata tömény élesztő és gabona. Először minimális, majd melegedéskor kicsit több gyümölcsösséggel. Nagyon komoly testesség. Szénsav mininális, de frissítően azért ott van. Ennél több szénsavval ez azonnal fejbe verne bárkit :) Édes, testes, alkoholos, szirupos desszertsör. A bajor búzasör jegyeit ne ettől várd :) Azért ezt is érdemes felkeverni kiöntés előtt, mivel az élesztő által kihozott aszalt-gyümölcsösség és mazsolás ízek az alján lapulnak a nem kevés extraktban. Ez ismét egy komoly, és finom sör-különlegesség, gratulálok hozzá!

This beer is a beauty in a decorative box. Amber color, unfiltered effect, quickly fading foam, playing with shades of yellow-red-orange when pouring. The aroma is concentrated yeast and grain. At first minimal, then with a little more fruitiness when warming up. Very serious body. Carbonation is minimal, but refreshingly there. With more carbonation than that, this would immediately hit anyone in the head :) Sweet, full-bodied, alcoholic, syrupy dessert beer. Don't expect the notes of a Bavarian wheat beer from this :) It's still worth stirring this before pouring, as the dried-fruitiness and raisin flavors brought out by the yeast are hidden at the bottom in the not-so-little extract. This is again a serious and delicious beer specialty, congratulations!

330ml bottle from Beerselection in Budapest. Pours hazy brown with a tall off-white head. Aroma is bananas, pears, honey, caramel. Taste is medium sweet, slightly boozey, pears, bananas, yeast. Light bitter finish. Full bodied.

330ml bottle. Hazy, copper-ish brown, dark amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy aroma, notes of baked banana, baked apple, some clove, honey, dried fruit, whiffs of cinnamon. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, minimally bitter, alcoholic, yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, notes of baked banana, baked apple, some honey, clove, a touch of cinnamon, slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy counterpart with hints of mandarine and orange. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Though quite sweet, overall still balanced, flawless - nice sipper.

0.33l bottle. Slightly hazy amber body with a white head. The aroma is very fruity. It shows notes of banana, peach, raisins, dried apricots with some caramel. Cloves show up too with only a hint of booze. Taste is what the aroma suggests. Very nice.
