Kicsi, nem túl tartós hab, fekete szín. Illata kakaós, kávés, vaníliás, némi konyakossággal. Íze kávés, csokis, kakaós, vaníliás. Testes, enynén szénsavas, erősen keserű. Sajnos égetten keserű, ráadásul nem sikerült elrejteni az alkoholt, a diót meg nem érzem benne.
