Falcon Ale is an International Pale Ale that uses the malt base of the beer that came in 2nd place at the Paris World’s Fair in the 1800’s. We changed up the hops a bit but kept it international using American, Czech, and New Zealand hops.

Draught @ Poesiat & Kater. Clear golden color. Dense rocky white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma's: fruit, ctirus, some grain, earthy hops. Retronasal it's fruit, citrus, melon, bitterish. Flavor is above moderate bitter with a hint of malty sweetness. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Long finish, rather bitter with a hint of malts. Pretty good.
