malts, sweet malts, yeast in the aroma, also the yeasts give it some kind of eraser/rubber like note. a bit strange. like someone tried to make a pils but ran into some problems. the aroma might work for a dry belgian blonde.
fflavor is better than aroma, slightly fruity , some dryness , malty, faint cerral like notes. looks unfiltered. a bit like a pilsener natural where the ingredients bring more taste.

Głównie cytrusowe i kwiatowe, trochę drożdżowe i finisz kwaskowo-zestowy. Barwa złota, mocno opalizujące, piana znika do krążka, delikatny lacing. Goryczki praktycznie brak. Całkiem niezłe ale z pilsem to nie ma nic wspólnego. Takie połączenie witbiera z lagerem, ale w sumie etykieta na butelce o tym wspomina.

Magus, linnaseline, hapukas, võine, vesine, nats humalane. Joodav-ish.

Bottle in the hotel, picked up from Pantopolion grocery store, 11/10/24. Clear golden blonde topped with a lasting white head. Nose is straw, herb, faint soap, grains, stale bread. Taste comprises pale and bready malts, biscuit crumbs, herb, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close So so ... a little on the dull side and lacking refreshment value.

33cl Fles van de lokale supermarkt in Ermoupolis. Mistig gouden kleur, witte kraag. Zurige geur, limoen, tikje homebrew, gist, licht moutig, hint van toast, friszure smaak maar of het bewust is… limoen, weinig bitter. Rommelig brouwsel, maar best verfrissend.

330 ml bottle from Santorini, Greece. Thanks Kat! Pour a mostly clear pale yellow color with a bright white head and great retention. Light spotty lacing. Strong sulfur aroma. The flavor is a mix of more sulfur and tangy malts and a hint of yeast. 0 for 3. Not a fan. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Not bitter. Not so good.

Bottle, 4.70%. Faint citric hop aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour has a light malt base with notes of citrus from from a lemony hop. Some lemon peel to it, almost making it taste like sour kitchen rag. Refreshing, but a bit too subtle for me.
