We're unashamed in our love for our favourite hop, Citra, and have given it centre stage to show off its strong peach and elderflower aromas. We've also chosen Magnum hops as they lend a low subtle bitterness without overshadowing the rest of the beer. We’ve selected traditionally floor-malted maris-otter pale and crystal malts for biscuit and caramel flavours.

1/3 pint, cask ale, sample tray at Foundry Brew Pub. Shared with Finn. Misty amber-gold body, patches on the surface, dotted spots on the glass. Moderate smell of citrus and biscuit. Flavoured with herbal hops and a light bite of caramel malts. Malt-fruity endnotes. Quite alright. (Canterbury 11.02.2023).

14th Aug 2018; third of a pint in a five beer flight at the brewery (Foundry Brew Pub). Cask, white head on a clear golden body. More malty in the aroma although there were light citrus notes in both the nose and taste, decent quaffing ale.
