We're unashamed in our love for our favourite hop, Citra, and have given it centre stage to show off its strong peach and elderflower aromas. We've also chosen Magnum hops as they lend a low subtle bitterness without overshadowing the rest of the beer. We’ve selected traditionally floor-malted maris-otter pale and crystal malts for biscuit and caramel flavours.

Bottle from the brewpub shared at the campsite in Deal Kent. Hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting. Aroma is hedgerow berry hop with some grass and mineral. Flavour is earthy straw, berry hop, orange peel and some grassy hop. Assertive hop bitterness. Lively palate , dry and grainy on the tongue. Decent drop.

Cask at the brewpub: Pale golden with an orangey sheen, hazy, small lacy layer, dry medical- hoppy- fruity nose; dry-as well- bitter flavour, light bodied and soft, bandaid and a malty fruitiness in the lingering dry hoppy finish. Quite O.K. …
