Draft at Beer Brothers Budapest. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is light banana I’ll be kind and say grapefruit because if I’m honest it smells like mild infection. The flavour is light sweet and yeasty bitter, with a light, crisp, light banana, light citrus, light spicy palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Even if there was mild infection in the aroma it didn’t exactly ruin the beer and quite probably went some way to enhancing it!
