Bottle at home. Aroma is floral, sweetish fruity, tropical fruits, passion fruit, light malty, hint of pine, hops. Flavour is light sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Very fruity and floral, lovely rich IPA!

Monumentális, örökké tartó hab, narancssárga szín. Virágos, citrusos, fenyős illatok. Citrusos, barackos, fenyőgyantás ízvilág. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, erősen keserű. Kellemes, jól összerakott IPA.

Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Light and fluffy pale malts, mild creamy sweetness. Delightfully fruity and light Mosaic hops. A bare whisper of hop skunk. Very mild hop spice. Good passion fruit led tropical fruits, vague pineapple and blueberry. Light pine. A mildly bitter finish, fruity tangy linger. Don’t get all these low rates! What do people expect from a Mosaic IPA?

Draught @ Viva la Pinta, Kraków. Pours golden color with a thick white head. Tropical fruity aroma, sweetness, hops. Very inviting. Hoppy, mouthdrying, grapefruity flavor, herbal notes. balancing caramel sweetness. Great.

Bottle @ home shared with Joes. Hazy orange to reddish color with slightly some yeast residu floating in it, average to medium sized off-white head that lasts for a decent while and leaves good lacing. Aroma is malts, some hops but not as much as I had thought. Taste malts, again some hops but not as prominently as I had hoped, decently bitter. Decent to medium body and carbonation.

On tap at Jopen Proeflokaal Amsterdam. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of cat piss, cloying tropical fruits, citrus, clementines. Flavour is medium sweet, light malty, fruity, citrus, tropical fruits, sharp, hint of pine, bitter finish. Light bodied. Not great.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey, deep golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Typical, tropical fruity Mosaic aroma, noes of passion fruit, mango, hints of grapefruit, caramel malty background. Taste is tropical fruity hoppy, notes of passion fruit and mango, caramel malty basis; slowly fading fruitiness gives way to underlying, minimally chalky and grassy hop notes with a touch of silage. Very nice exposition of the Mosaic portfolio.

Barwa bursztynowa, klarowne, piana biała, drobna, trzyma się i zdobi nieźle szkło. W aromacie cytrusy, głównie te ciemniejsze, szyszka, lekka nafta, średnio intensywny. W smaku niezła słodycz, skontrowana przyjemną, średnią do wysokiej, goryczką, niezbyt długą, niezalegającą. Wysycenie optymalne, treściwość na dobrym poziomie. Dobra pijalność, miłe akcenty cytrusowe. Bardzo udane piwo, jedno z lepszych od Doctorów, szczerze polecam.

Bottle from Douberd. Many thanks! Hazy amber colour, creamy foam. Sweet nose of pines and tropical fruit. Also papaya. Strong bitter finish. Very nice!
