After Rimshot, we finally made something together again with B*Bop Fermentory, the result, just like the label speaks for itself, but you will try and judge it anyway. Nitro Nu sour, with local honey, blood orange, orange peel, lots of Sicilian lemon and a pinch of Himalayan salt.

Can at Beerselection. Kíváncsi voltam nagyon a sörre, anno a rimshotot is nagyon éltem. Ahhoz képest (is) viszont kissé csalódás volt ez, az ízvilágot hozta, de túlságosan édes volt összességében, túl sok laktóz, gondolom, emiatt meg nagyon nehéznek is érződött, és a nitro sem biztos, hogy sokat tett hozzá, ellenben az amúgy is nehéz/testes sört nem lazította még a szénsav sem.

0.33l can. Hazy orange body with minimal off-white head that disappears totally. Huge blood orange notes with some lemon juice, lime and a noticable peated malt note. Taste of blood orange and lemon juice again with peated malts and some salts. Thicker than medium bodied with low carbonation. Despite the many adjuncts it lacks complexity. Not my favourite beer from Mad Scientist.

Keg at the Madhouse, Budapest, 09/06/23. Hazed orange with a moderate off white cap that thins to spotting. Nose is tarte citric zest, lemon sherbets, herb, light peated tones. Taste comprises hedgerow, grass, herb, straw, grains, peaty bite but balanced, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close semi drying close with a balanced puckering spike. Not bad ... lacks depth for 8% but well enough balanced and the peat doesn't take hold too much.

Semmi hab, homályos, narancsba hajló szín. Narancsos, citromos, sós illat. Narancsos, citromos, sós ízek, némi búzás és füstös aromával. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, szinte nem is keserű. Kellemes, frissítő gose.
