Bottled 330ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, small brown head, cognac and light barrel in the nose. Roasted malt, caramel, dried fruits, chocolate, notes of barrel and cognac with sweet finish. Modarate alcohol presence, bit sticky.

Kristiansand Juleølfestival 2024. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma is cognac, roasted malt, sugar, dried fruit. Flavor is cognac, roasted malt, dried fruit, chocolate, licorice, mocha. Powerful beer.

330 ml bottle, vintage 2023, purchased from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, November 2024. ABV is 11.5%. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma of roast malts, molasses, fusel, alcohol, chocolate, oak and cognac. Very sweet flavour with the same elements, warming mouthfeel, fairly bitter finish.

Superficial tasted @ Håntverkeren juleølfestival. Dark brown body under a thin beige head. Aroma of dark malt, chocolate and alcohol. Taste is sweet, dark malt, dark chocolate with both boozy and vinous alcohol. Fine body with same aftertaste. Quite nice, but a bit one-dimensional.

Bottle, at Kristiansand Juleølfestival. It pours an unclear dark brown body and a minimalistic beige head. The aroma is quite burnt, with mocha, chocolate, hints of alcohol and licorice. It's full-bodied and sweet on the palate, lightly warming, with a nice bitterness kicking in towards the finish. Roasted and burnt malts, mocha, brown sugar, dark chocolate and some booze and licorice in the flavor. Lasting finish. Nice, but too sweet I think. 241102

Bottle pitch black colour with small beige head.Aroma is sweet of cognac and soya nice warming mouth feels and smooth finish.
