Introducing our Exclusive Collaboration with Dark Woods Coffee for Billies Craft Beer Festival
This exceptional beer offers layers of deep chocolate, rich coffee, and vinous berry flavours, perfectly balanced by a subtly spicy hop profile. After 2.5 years of aging in bourbon barrels, it develops a smooth, oaky warmth. Elevated further by our friends at Dark Woods Coffee, who selected their award-winning Black Hill blend—a 3 Star Great Taste Award winner—to make this brew truly fitting for this extra special beer festival. The Black Hill coffee enhances the beer with bold chocolate notes and rich caramel, harmonising beautifully with the malt and bourbon complexity.
