Had it as Hopo Proper IPA - celar amber pour with a small white head. Aromas of hops, some fruit, tastes of herbs, citrus fruit and malt. Not bad.

Bottle from Aldi Inverurie. It pours clear amber with a foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, resinous, oily pine, bit of orange marmalade and a touch of spice. The taste is dry, slightly bitter, resinous, oily, pine, toffee, pithy, zesty citrus, orangey, peppery spice, touch metallic and slightly floral vies with a drying finish. Average body and moderate+, prickly carbonation. Peppery and zesty. Not bad for what it is.

Cask ale, half-pint after breakfast at Kings Fee. Shared with Finn. Clear amber body, covering pearl white head, clingy lacing. Promising aromas of floral hops. Malt-fruity taste of citrus, herbal hops and distant malty sweetness. Malt-fruity bitterness to the ending. Likable. (Hereford 01.02.2020).

Gyldenbrun. Nesten klar. Lavt tett skum. Tynn teppelacing. Lett bæraroma. Smaken søt frukt & bær. Mest bringebær. Veldig tørr avslutning.

Cask at Moon under Water, Wolverhampton Pours a slightly cloudy copper with a tight white head and good lacing. Aroma isn’t overpowering, but has some oranges and toffee. In thr mouth it is creamy with flavours of corncob, caramel and rich tea biscuits. The finish is dry and fruity. Personally I would say this definitely IS an IPA (it’s certainly NOT a golden ale), of the traditional style.
