From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild citrusy and fruity. Sweet fruity flavoured, light bitter and crisp citrusy into a medium dry and slight bitter finish.

On tap at Thomson’s bar! Golden, slightly hazy with good head retention. The nose is bitter, soapy and herbacious. The taste is of grapefruit initially, then it is creamy and the bitter finish reminds me of endives. The palate has a medium structure, a creamy texture and a fresh finish. Very solid beer - would order more than one!

Half, cask enjoyed in perfect surroundings at Kay’s Bar in the new town of Edinburgh. Shiny surface to a golden-brown body. Smell of grass and fresh fruits. Malt-fruity taste with emphasis on the fruity part. Lighter oily palate, 28.11.2010.

Dull straw. Lightly fruity aroma. The character is fresh, berryish and fruity with light pale malt backdrop. This comes together is the end, despite a lacklustre beginning.

Cask. A golden beer with a huge lazing off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of straw as well as medium notes of malt, and light notes of hops and elderflowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and elderflowers, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Small creamy white head. Faintly hazy yellow body. Fruity floral aroma with resiny straw notes, light and fresh. Dry-sweetish floral resiny taste with fruity dusty strawy notes. Mild, smooth mouthfeel. Clean, fresh palate. Dryish metallic floral dusty strawy aftertaste with wooden notes. Long, lingering bitter floral aftertaste, mild, yet persistent. Excellent! (0.25l cask, Thomson’s Bar, Edinburgh.)

Cask, gravity dispensed, at the Cambridge Blue, Cambridge. Pale gold with a thin white head; the aroma has citrus, honey, wheat and heather; the taste is citrus to start followed by a clout of chewy grains; the finish is light and pleasantly bitter.
