CBHWS2025. Murky reddish orange colour with a tiny head. Aroma is apples, mild cinnamon, some floral and vanilla tones with a bit berries as well. Flavour is apples, some vanilla, mild cinnamon, clove and a bit lactose with citrus kicking in as well. Not that sour.... Ugly looking, otherwise quite nice dessert "beer".

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque and murky brownish with no head. Looks like water of the Ganges. Nose is mainly cinnamon with some faint, underlying apple juice. Rich, sweet cinnamon and apple - and completely flat. It kinda hits the spot as Apple Pie, but to call it a sour is far off. Fun beer, but goddamm ugly! 120225

Can from the Brewpub @ Home, courtesy of Michael. Pours ugly murky light caramel brown, fading offwhite head. Aroma of sweet fruit, apple, cinnamon, applepie. Flavor is sweet, light sour, light malt, lactose, fruity, apple, light lemon, cinnamon. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet light finish. 290125

A murky dark golden yellow colour, no head. Aroma of spices, apples, vanilla, dough. Taste of sweet apple juice, vanilla, cinnamon, dough, gently sour.

Canned 440ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Peanut butter like coloured, mo head at all, lemon and light cinnamon in the nose. Dominant cinnamon, apple, brown sugar and light vanilla with sweet finish. Lactose of course. Semi artificial.

Tap @ Væskebalancen. No head. Color is murky apple. Aroma and taste are rich apple pie, cinnamon, fruits, lactose acid, sugar and has a nice pie finish.
