Team tasting at CBJ, thanks to Dan for the can. Near clear pale gold, small white head. Airy light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Fairly bright lemonade, bright and juicy. Light and semi dry finish. Mildly alcoholic lemonade!

Can from the brewer's own stall at the Birmingham NEC Good Food Show. Lightly hazed yellowy-gold with a large, lasting white head and a light fizz. Sweet homemade lemonade is the order of the day here. There's some nice floral notes which I guess might come from the hops, but the beer doesn't really show its face here. That's not to say I didn't enjoy it; it was actually one of the best radlers I've had!

330ml can, sip of Soph's. Misty pale yellow, white frothy head. Aroma of hoppy citrus. Peculiar taste, lemony but also floral herbal moments, some lime perhaps, with some hoppy citrus. Not like any radler I've ever had before. Ok I suppose.

Can from a deli in Weybridge. Aroma had tart but sugary edged citrus. Hazy-opaque pale gold. Thin foamy translucent white head, which soon recedes. Medium-heavy bitter with a sour streak. Bitter lemon. Some resinous hints and vague sugary sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Hard to tell where bitter lemonade and IPA combine. May as well be the former. Nice enough for whatever it is.

Can taken from Eurostar Lounge, at Wellington College, watching Sophie in Dance production, 18th February 23. Straight from the can, smells like a shandy! Taste is fine, not too sweet, refreshing, not much IPA coming through, or anything to set it apart from any shandy in particular. Fine

The combination of hops and lemonade works surprisingly well, slightly cloudy, dark yellow pour, crisp taste, enjoyable summer drinking.
