Can from Systembolaget Sweden.
Big and lasting white head.
Opaque light golden color.
Huge peach with a bot of peach stone and floral hop aroma.
Nice dry and fruity hop taste.
Well fermented to give a dry finish with a medium to low bitterness for an Ipa.

It's the opening night of the Isle of Harris Brewery the company of Nick, Anna and all the friends and workers, Friday 29th March 2024 at the new brewery and restaurant. Pours yolky yellow with a large in fact very big frothy white head. Soft mouthfeel, sweet, a little sherbert, another very nice beer from Burning Sky.
