Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Deep ruby color. Green hops, milky, butter, berries, slightly sweetish, green bitterness, a bit of alcohol.

Tap. Deep purple-ruby color with hardly any head. Aroma is berries, lactose, dank. Taste is dark berries, lactose, dank, a bit warming in the back. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Nice one, good balance!

Claret colour, low head. Smoky berry onion dry and tart notes, light molelike notes, vineous retronasal, onionfarmers terroir.very interesting.

On tap at Frisches Bier. Red like a filtered Sangiovese, low head. Great dank fruity head! Good balance, lots of weedy/piney West coast hop flavor. Fantastic! Is there grape in that wort? :-)

On tap at Frisches Bier München, Wednesday 28th August 2019 in the company of the München RB group. Pours a Reddy colour, deep redcurrant colour with a pinky head. Fruity with berries, sweet but then dry, a little dose of tannins. Good.
