Pais Tropical 2018 is our take on a light, easy, super hoppy and fruity IPA. Dry and late hopping with Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria bring the tropical, yellow and citrus fruit flavour and aroma. These flavours are backed up by with a more expressive yeast strain. The pale malt base is lighter but still provides a smooth mouthfeel provided by the use of sufficient wheat and oats.

8 3 8 3 17Draft at Black Smith, Zaandam. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits and green hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Den Haag Grote Markt Zomerbier 2018. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, dry grassy, green grassy. Massive tropical fruit. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

On tap at The Black Smith. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma is bright and hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, some tropical fruits, hint of wheat. Flavour is light sweet, citrusy, juicy, some tropical fruits, light nettles, firm bitter finish. Crisp, light bodied, really tasty.

Tap at Nederlandse Bieren Festival Delft. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, oats, mango. Quite sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice.
