Our Wavy Days connection with the team from Hop Butcher evoked the waves of our Atlantic and their Lake Michigan all at once. With three bold hops (Rakau, Mosaic, and Sabro) at the forefront, this DIPA explores waves of flavor spanning the whole gamit of what we all love in hoppy beer. Our collaborative minds melded, surfing the crests of creativity to not only build tropical and stonefruit flavor, but also to seek a shine that entices and invites. Light & bright, refreshing, and inspired by All Kinds of Waves.

16oz can from Chatham Liquor Locker. Sipped from the can whilst kayaking on Oyster Pond nearby. Opaque hazy yellow from what I can make out. Pungent exotic stonefruit aroma. Super smooth, prime exotic hop character with a super sippable creamy mouthfeel. Wonderfully balanced. Excellent haze.
