This is the first Harvest blend I've seen that incorporates zero heritage apples, but ferments on some second use grape skins like a piquette. Clear, vibrant, classy gold pour. Quick reaching soda head. Very fumy, floral apples with some significant sour melon/table grape-ish punch. All the Harvest blends seem to have this bold aromatic, fresh apple skin quality. Taste is Mott's, but much less juice box. Very floral apples, bittersharp, apricot, lemon, saline, big white grape acidity, borderline sour that is just a hair too aggressive, weak but appreciated tannic nibble through the finish. Almost dry. Headache, but no sulfites added. Creative blend. Again, love how they're pumping out solid flavor at a good price point.

355ml can from Stowe Public House & Bottle Shop. Pours a generally clear pale yellow. Good crisp palate, dry with a fresh floral air, subtle citrussy Riesling grape fruitiness coming into view with delicate fleshy apple nuances. Very good.
