This one gushes out of the bottle, producing a big foamy white head which settles down. Orangey and bright amber in colour, very hazy. Aroma- malts, some yeast, fruity hints of lemon and orange, some cereal/wheat. Taste- medium mouthfeel, quite smooth, fruity, meadowy hints, not a great deal of bitterness, some corn and cereal hints- a bit like a lager.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy deep golden color with small frothy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus, grains and mild caramel. Taste starts with light sweet malt, follows by fruity acidity and heavy bitter finish. Medium body, dry texture a.nd lively carbonation in palate. It’s typically fresh and hoppy, but a bit too bland...

[330ml bottle from Sainsbury’s, High Wycombe] Light amber with a slight white head and a moderate fizz. Lemon is dominant here, with light floral and grassy overtones against a biscuit background. It’s quite bitter, but with a pleasingly crisp finish. Simple, but well executed.
