Lever DDH

With a full, silky texture from a blend of Barley, Oats & Rye this is an opaque straw coloured beer with a pronounced tropical hop character. With Ekuanot in the boil, we then add Citra during fermentation and Mosaic in conditioning for a double-dry-hop. This results in layers of grapefruit, mango and stone fruit flavours and a heady hop aroma.

Malt: Pale, Rye, Flaked Malted Oats, Caragold
