Tap. Rather murky brownish color with not much head. Aroma is funky and sour. Taste is funky and sour.

Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is bretty funk with grains, herbal notes, spicy yeast, buckwheat, thyme, light fruity, soapy notes. Flavour is light tart and sweet. Body is medium with a level of carbonation that gets in the way. Herbal and funky. Expected more from this, it's a bit rough.

Bottle from Beer Republic. Hazy orange brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty, dark fruit and thyme. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Carbonation is a bit high. 221219

Tasting at Grand Cru Tap Room, Santarcangelo di Romagna, Italy. Aroma is herbaceous, hay, cereal, a little Brett, some citrus too. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste has moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Final is pretty short.

ABV: 5.6%. Almost Gusher !!!
Murky matt orange colour with many body particles, a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, wheat, buckwheat, spice - herbs, moderate yeasty, pepper - rose pepper, thyme. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, thyme, yeast, herbs, spice, wheat, buckwheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191019]

Hazy blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour are very floral and spicy. Coriander and something else give a soapy taste.
