Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber woth a smallish, roughish off-white head. An aroma of crystal malts. Medium body, biscuity and caramelly with a surprisingly bitter finish. 150526

500ml bottle at our apartment in Serralunga d'Alba. Final beer for about six weeks. Cloudy amber, off-white head. Smooth, full bodied red ale, quite yeasty, solid amber malt, moderate sweet malt, nice enough.

Bottiglia. Al naso l'aroma rimanda all'orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ramato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di caramello, miele, biscotto, pane tostato e agrumi.
