Bottle 500ml. @ home.[ As Zakładowy Przerwa Kawowa ].Unclear dark dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, dusty, light band-aid. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long to average duration, malt bitter - coffee bitter, band-aid, dark malt, coffee, dusty, thin - watery. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190815] 6-3-7-3-12

Barwa ciemna, piana szybka znika bez śladu. W aromacie wyraźne nuty kawowe, do tego dochodzą nuty palone. W smaku również kawa wyczuwalna oraz paloność aż lekko kwaśne. Nasycenie na niskim poziomie, goryczka na średnim.

Bottle, 8%. The aroma starts off citric and later turns more coffeeish. Black colour. No head. The flavour is fruity and citric. There is some coffee. Acid. Salty finish. Why so citric? Must be from the coffee, but it's not my cup of tea (badum-tish)...

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with small dark grey head. Clear aroma of coffee, with estery and sourish notes. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of coffee and touches of yeast and malt. Sourish notes, persisting into the aftertaste, which is quite roasty and estery. Low carbonation. Not bad but the sourish notes are quite aggressive.

Cask at Kufle i Kapsle, Warsaw, 07/04/17. Black with a decent tan head. Nose is dark fruit rinds, toffee, cocoa sprinkle, mellow roast. Taste comrpises biscuit, toffee, cacao nibs, coffee bean, mellow roast, brown sugar. Medium bodied with a little bite, soft carbonation, light warming alcohol in the close. Decent enough stout but lacking a touch of depth for the ABV.

Cask. Almost black color, dark brown foam. Aroma: coffee and bitter chocolate, a little wine, caramel, vanilla. Taste: vanilla, caramel, burnt barley and coffee.

Bottle [thanks to Vami, from Euro Swap 2017!] @ home. Opaque black color, huge foamy dark brown colored head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, espresso. Taste malts, espresso, dark malts, malt bitter, roast, roast malt bitter, bitter. Perhaps a hint of dark chocolate in there as well but not very prominently. Solid body, too fizzy carbonation. Nice beer but the carbonation is incredibly annoying and gets in the way of the flavor.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 07/04/2017. Aroma is sweet brown nutty malts, praline, plastic,. An opaque nut brown coloured pour with a lasting thin mid tan head. Flavour is composed of milky brown malts maple, brown sugars, milky. Lactose sugars. Palate is medium sweet milky, ok.

Cask at Kufle i Kapsle - Warsaw. Pours brown with a frothy, tan head. The nose has moderate roast, cocoa, earth. Medium sweet flavour with nips of brownies, baking cocoa, more earthy hops. Medium bodied with fine carboantion. Finishes with more dry brownies, baking cocoa, decent roast. Well rounded.
