Draught @ Peders - Pisserendens ølkælder, Sankt Peders Stræde 31, 1453 Copenhagen, Denmark.[ As Zagovor Slow & Trve ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, lemony. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, lemony, sweet fruit, citrus - grapefruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. I Draught /I Thick dense yellow head over fully hazy yellow-orange beer. Very citrussy, nearly as freshly pressed orangejuice - bewildering. Hint at malt, malt- and fruitsugars. Mild bitterish, with yeast and malts underneath. Citrussy, but more nondescript as the nose. Yeast features abundant, but no outspoken flavours. Bit rootspices. Aftertaste has something of sugared eggwhite, meringue. Yeast-filled, slick, medium carbonation. Bit disappointing in the end. Nose is... weird but good.

Fra fat på Taphouse kvelden før kvelden mai-19: uklar korngul med fint skum som varer hele veien ned.. Elegant og moderne anslag med mild, lys citrus, tropiske frukter og noen sommervarme hageurter. Enjoyable, og enda et nytt bryggeri i loggen!

Draught @ Highlanders Bar, Aarhus. Pours hazy dark yellow with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, sweet fruity hops, tropical fruit, peach, sweet citrus. Flavor is sweet, malt, rich fruity hops, peachy, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet and light bitter finish. 020419

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen - pours a hazy golden yellow with a white head and lacing. Vibrant fruity with notes of lemon and grapefruit, some satsuma, light pale malty support, medium body, piney hoppy finish. Could quaff loads of this, so drinkable. Another winner from these guys.
