[ As Burning Soul Ice Cream Pale ].
ABV: 5.6%. Murky matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, light cream - clotted cream. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, fruity, ice cream - clotted cream, light citrus - fruit peel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. 8/8/2019. Cask at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours cloudy pale cream/yellow with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, malt, lactose and clotted cream ice cream. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness and a hint of tartness. Moderate body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Sweet and fruity finish. Not bad.

On tap at BrewDog Birmingham West mids no.2 Okay creamy ale. Really a liquid ice cream. With voltage. I like.

Keg at the Brewery tap, 23/06/18. Hazed pale yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is smooth creamy malts, papaya, mango, orange creme. Taste comprises sweet citric flesh, airy malts, melon, sweet peach, soft bricohe. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with juicy hop bitterness. Ok if a touch sweet.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours murky gold with a dense, creamy whit head. Tasty, a little lactose, ripe lemon, pale bread, mild rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Nice finish, lemon meringue, par bread, tangerine. Good.

Keg at the brewery; cloudy yellow pour with a creamy off white head, aroma has vanilla and light citrus, taste has nice creamy malts, citrus, slight vanilla, very nice.
