Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 23rd February 2024. Coppery amber with almost no foam or lace. Pungent malts and tangy fruits in aroma. Sweet berry fruits and caramel malt in-mouth, and a finish reflecting the two. Light bodied with a smooth if not somewhat flat mouthfeel.

Cask at EBF Summer 22. Aroma is full malt with a fruity edge. Copper gold. Thin blotchy bubbly white head. Light-medium bitter. Fruity. Spice. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Niicceeee. Smoootthh.

Cask at GBBF ‘19, day 3, 08/08/19. Golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is toasted grains, orange peel, stale bread, damp hay. Taste comprises grass, lemon rind, straw, grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre at best.

Third, gravicask, shared with Finn at Twickenham Beer and Cider Festival. Bubbly head, orange hazy body, spotty lacing. Stone fruity nose, doughy. Blended taste of creamy malts and moments of tropical fruits. Mid-sweet fruity end, slightly mealy. So and so. (24.10.2019).

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt.
