Our take on the American Pale Ale. Centennial and Mosaic cosying up to each other in a rich malty body.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at Gloucester Beer Festival 27 April 2018. Golden, with a thin, white, head. Citrus hops, some sweet digestive malts, a hint of tropical and dryish finish. A bit on the sweet side, but fine.
