Draught, 6.4% at Skaal Sønderborg. Malty, papery, acidic and funky aroma. Smells good. Hazy yellow colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is lemony, funky, malty, papery. Watery finish, but somehow still flavourful. 737316

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours slightly hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of Saison yeast, with touches of hop and malt. Bitter flavour of hops, with dry notes of citrus, touches of malt and a funky, salty finish. Dusty aftertaste with acidic notes. Decent.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta e persistenza. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido appare opalescente. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una componente mediamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di zucchero miele, crosta di pane, frumento, pepe e agrumi.

44 cl can from To øl beer club poured into a Tulip. Slightly hazy golden colour with a creamy white head. Sweet aroma with pale malts, pepper, floral,earthy, and hoppy notes. Herbal. The taste is sweet. Medium body. Drying fruity finish with lingering pepper and yeasts. Nice Saison, I would like it to be a bit drier.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Somewhat Belgian aroma. Gold look. Sweet with a strong orange profile. A bit too much for me and not getting the hops. Somrwhat boozy feel.

Draught, half pint. @Skaal, Copenhagen (Denmark). 12/05/2022 [#4.886 Global - #78 Italy - #1 Canediguerra (My Italian Brewery #38)] Clear golden pour with a white head. Aroma: Spiced malts, elderflower and yeast. Taste: Elderflowers, cardamom and spiced malts. Sweet finish. Next one please!

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, not so much funk or earthiness, on the mild side. Taste is dough, mildly peppery, not too complex, but tasty enough. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation that is medium-to-high. Alright!
