With more velvety dark malts, lactose and tiramisu flavouring crammed into it than a scrap yard of Mini Coopers, this super decadent milkshake stout will be sure to blow your bloody doors off and make sure you come back for another helping.

Gravicask, third, shared with Finn at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Coast To Coast Bar. A ruby tint to a deep dark body, filmy layer, fair lacing. Aroma of doughy chocolate. Semi-sweet chocolate flavours, lactose beneath, and a touch of coffee towards the ending. Ends rather sweet and smooth. Medium bodied. Pleasing. (Third day of the festival, 24.01.2020).

Can courtesy of Dad and Pauline consumed at Spond, Herefordshire Sunday 13th July 2019. Pours black with a beige head. Smooth with a little coffee a touch creamy, sponge, it's a bit sweet but it is a decent enough stout which does remind one a little of tiramisu.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Black with a thick frothy off-white head. Has a defined milkshake character, which is heavy tasting amongst its dark and roasted malts. Its richness is strong and overbearing.

Can at home in Hackney - cheers to Nellser for sourcing from Trembling Madness in York. Pours black-brown with a frothy tan head. Has a fair bit of chalky cocoa, dark fruits, nips of vanilla, very soft roast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation and velvety texture. Sweet finish, simple cocoa, berries, light bitterness. Enjoyable stuff if a bit basic.
