This decadent, full-bodied sour tripel was inspired by our favorite hand-sized dessert. Loaded with graham cracker, boysenberries, and vanilla, it's conveniently packaged to fit in your hand.

Reserve Society: pours clearish red with small head. Aroma is loads of boysenberry, vinegar, funk. Taste is fairly sour, sort of acidic, not too sweet. Alcohol is well covered. It is still large. Very large.

750ml bottle pours a dark amber with some pinky head. Nose is mostly cherry, cherry juice and dried cherry, some cranberry, candy, but not much else beyond the red berry. Flavor has cherry fruit roll up, cherry juice, raspberry popsicle. There is some acid but it feels hot from booze too. Where's the barrel or graham cracker or vanilla? Sorry, a miss for me.
