Bottle picked up at a shop in Cologne. Hazed light straw colour. Decent white foam stays the course. Nose has oak and soft brett. Lemon and lime peel and zest. Hint of vanilla. Taste is dry and lightly bitter. Crisp bright light mouthfeel with fine foamy carbonation. Lean bitter finish. Super drinkable.

@home poured into a tumbler. Sour nose. Slightly unclear pale golden colour, small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing, light adhesive lacing. Sour aroma, brett, barnyard, light oak. Smooth sweet and sour taste, tart, brett, lemon. Medium body, average carbonation, mild sweet and sour aftertaste, brett and lemon, well-made and balanced, good wild ale.

Cask at GBBF 2019, day 1 - London. Pours hazy, dull yellow with minimal head. Funky, acetic, sweaty. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes salty, more sweat, lemon, funk. Just OK.

Bottle. Pours a near clear bright straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice funk and a slightly tart lemon with an oaky backbone. Flavor is light with a bit of flora, some light tart lemon and a decent amount of oak and funk in the finish.
