Waggle is a honey farmhouse ale brewed with locally grown and malted pilsner and wheat from Valley Malt, and wildflower honey from Beavertide Farm in Falls Village CT. Honey is added throughout the beer’s development; first to the kettle during boil, then to the barrel during secondary fermentation, and finally as the beer is bottled conditioned and allowed to mature in glass.

The name comes from the “dance” performed by forager honey bees to share information about the location of nectar, pollen, water, and new hive sites.
