Festbier is all about drinkability. Ours is brewed with German pilsner malt, a touch of Munich, and Hersbrucker hops. After an intense double decoction mash, the beer is fermented slow and cold. A cracker like aroma, clean, honey like sweetness and just enough hops to balance it all out.

Undated can drunk 1/15/26, as pictured.
Lightly bready honey and white bread. Nice and malty but doesn't seem to be too much so. Hops are soft, and I assume this is quite a few months old at this point. Herbs and flowers with mild mineral and mild toast.
Nice and malty again with good bittering hop, lots of floral notes and pepper. Rich honey with a touch of caramel. Not too much toast, but also drying out enough on the finish to keep it drinkable. Surprised how much lingering bitterness there is here, maybe a bit too much, but it does help balance the big maltiness.

16 ounce can from Jenkintown brewery. Brassy gold pour is topped by a pillowy white head. Earthy malt aroma. Flavor is sweet bready malt, spicy hops and bittersweet citrus. Some peppery notes in finish. Tasty.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy gold with medium creamy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is toasted malt and dark fruit. Slick body, raisin, toasted malt, light dry finish, very nice.

This is wonderful. I want a keg. Also, boo to Jennifer A. for not toasting my IPA beer check ins.
Sabalenka putting on a masterclass in the first set. Phillies just blew it.
