Can from One Stop. Rich, nutty nose with toast and a little bit of caramel. Also somewhat husky, verging on DMS corny. Deep orange amber with a middling head. Clear. Nutty, earthy flavor; rich in malt. Toasty and grainy. Husky, but I don’t get corn. Spicy, herbal hops with a medium bitterness. Full body. The husks in the nose put me off a bit, but the flavor is quite authentic and well dialed in.

10/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear bright amber copper gold with a small bubbly/frothy off-white head. Good looking beer. Aroma is husky, grainy, earthy, straw, hoppy, citrus, stone fruits. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Oily watery, average to soft carbonation. Decent.

Pours a nice clear dark amber from a can. Big grain and cracker nose, nice crisp noble-ish hops. Pretty good beer.

Ceramic mug at churchkey. This beer rules. Can't see the body, but it comes with a thick cap of white head. Nose is super grainy and gristy, dough, earth. Flavor is like chewing grain or leftover mash. And in the best of ways. Some yeast, but really just earthy grain. Medium bodied, long, just off dry finish. Drink this all day.

Can in MV. Picked up from the brewery. Pours crystal clear pinkish gold with a rocky, white topping. Lightly sweet flavour with notes of fresh grains, biscuits, light grass, dirty hay. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, more fresh bread, whole grains, biscuits, straw, cereal flakes. It just all tastes white fresh, moreish. Delicious stuff.

On tap at Novare Res. Pours a cloudy amber with small off white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is biscuit malt and earth. Slick body, biscuit, wheat, dough, light finish, very good.
