The planting of a perry pear tree is a gift for future generations. These amazing trees will continue to produce bountiful fruit for centuries, whilst supporting a wealth of biodiversity from the tip of their roots to the apex of their leafy crown. Unique to only a few regions on the planet, these now rare trees need protecting and nurturing at all costs. This bottle is dedicated to the memory of two such beautiful trees recently lost in Much Dewchurch, Herefordshire.

750ml bottle from Artistraw. For #rpgm. Sparkling, pale golden colour, bubbly white head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, floral, fruity, with slight honey & vanilla notes. Taste is sweetish and tart, perry pear, flowery, woody hint, with zesty, fleshy fruits, gooseberry, vanilla, fudge, some citric acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary tart tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
