11/10/2024. From BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is perry pear, mucky, woodchip, funky. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily, low carbonation. Sweet drying finish. Quite liked this.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Slightly hazed yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of perry pear, mucky funk note. Taste is tart, drying, perry pear, floral, fruity citric, some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry peary acidic finish. Quite drinkable
