Discovered by chance around 1850 in Yarkhill, the Brown Snout is a revered cider apple taking its name of the distinctive eye russeting. My Great Grandfather W. Redvers gathered fruit from some of the first Brown Snout trees to make a cider on the farm in Yarkhill. A century on it's now my privilege to preserve local heritage through this bottle of Yarkhill Brown Snout, made from the very same orchards and trees used by W. Redvers.
