A standard Lager. Doesn't taste of anything really

Can from Bottles & Books. Clear golden body with a light haze and a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lettuce and grass. Flavour of bread and earth with a hint of hop spice. Thin to medium body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. A tasty Lager with a nice hoppy finish.

440ml can: BB 21st Apr 2021. Shared with my cat loving sister-in-law (the main reason I bought it) on 4th Sep 2020. If you see the can you'll understand. Anyway it poured a lightly hazed golden colour and had a white crown at first, the head slowly sank to a wisp and collar as we sipped the beer. Decent hop front, crisp body feel and a mild sweetness overall.

440ml can sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Misty pale straw appearance, frothy white topping. Aroma is grassy, gently sweet. Taste has an appealing gently sweet malt character, lightly bread with a soft hop bitterness. Quite refreshing, hits the spot.

Can from HoTM. It pours lightly hazy bright lager yellow with a decent foamy white head. The aroma is sweet bready malts, biscuit, custard creams, grass and hay. The taste is crisp and snappy, dry, butter - sweet, doughy white bread, floury, biscuit, custard creams, bread & butter pudding, grass, hay and peppery spice through the finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A good lagerbier for sure. Has quite a sweet base to it, but it does work.
