The wonderful mild bittersweet Brown Snout and has been blended with the well-known Dabinett both fermented and aged in Sherry butts and red wine barrels for 2 years. Bottled under cork as a still orange wine type cider showcasing fully fermented flavours of a beautiful and complex blend with oxidative notes, barrel influence and concentration.

Sample with Grumbo via Ed. Aroma is tannic, woody, apple, solvent, and vanilla. Good body, smooth and limited carbonation. Sweet, woody dry finish. Very good indeed.

3/9/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very slightly hazy dark orange with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is rich, woody, apple, vanilla, tannic, funky. Moderate sweetness, mild bitterness and tartness. Medium body, very smooth, low carbonation. Sweet woody finish. Very nice.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Orangey gold colour, some bubbles on top that dissipate to thin white rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk, wood. Taste is tangy, slightly tart, apple, fruity, with wood barrel, sherry notes, funky, spice hints, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
