Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 5 - Hackney. Pours mostly clear russet-brown with a frothy, tan head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of well toasted malts, a little earth, cocoa, berries, burnt toffee. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Alright balance to finish, further dark mats, a touch of licorice, dark berries. Not bad.

Brown/dark ruby pour with a small tan head. Aromas of malt, nitmeg, coffee, cocoa, very intense taste of the same, adding some plum and red berries. Very nice.

Balansekunst! Smaksrik og sjarmerende så det holder.
